Logistics Coordinator

OVERVIEW:

The Logistics Trucking Coordinator is responsible for supporting the efficient coordination of logistics operations, ensuring seamless communication between all parties involved in import and export activities. This role focuses on assisting the operations in managing shipments deliveries, communicating with vendors and clients and other stakeholders ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining smooth operations. They also manage and track shipments, analyse transportation data and prepare documentation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning and scheduling. Determining the most efficient and cost-effective assignment or truck booking for the required service.
• Managing schedules. Scheduling deliveries and pick ups to meet the requirements
