Logistics Coordinator

As a
Logistics Coordinator
you will be responsible for monitoring shipments and ensuring on-time delivery, while keeping all stakeholders informed and supporting the operations team in maintaining service excellence.

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

• Ensure the daily operating plan is executed and make necessary adjustments when issues arise to maintain full and efficient truck utilization.
• Data entry and maintenance in load boards, customer portals, and TMS related to routing, capacity, and shipment execution.
• Communication between brokers, customers, automotive plants, and logistics providers for coordination and problem resolution.
• Coordinate the flow of information related to shipment movement between owner/operators, drayage vendors, and terminal and rail operators within the network.
