Logistics Coordinator

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics Coordinator located Near GIGA Mall DHA-II Islamabad.
Key Responsibilities
1. Transport Planning & Operations
Plan and schedule daily and weekly transport routes efficiently.
Allocate vehicles and drivers based on availability and customer requirements.
Monitor live operations and respond quickly to delays or issues.
Ensure compliance with driver hours, vehicle regulations, and company procedures.
Maintain accurate transport records and delivery confirmations.
2. Driver Coordination & Updates
Maintain regular contact with drivers for real-time job updates.
Chase drivers for PODs (Proof of Delivery) and job completion confirmations.
Resolve operational issues by coordinating between drivers and customers.
Ensure drivers follow route plans and delivery instructions accurately.
