Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to oversee and manage the company’s entire transportation and fleet operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling all types of lorries and heavy vehicles, coordinating machinery movements, managing delivery orders, and ensuring all customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

1. Fleet Scheduling

• Plan and coordinate daily scheduling of all lorry types including tippers, prime movers, trailers, and low loaders trucks
• Arrange loading, unloading, and movement of heavy machinery and equipment to designated sites
• Assign drivers to tasks based on priority, vehicle availability, and delivery requirements
• Ensure all vehicles are ready and operational according to the daily schedule
