Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the trailer loading team.
- Ensure compliance with loading procedures and health and safety standards.
- Ensure proper use of equipment and resources.
- Maintain multiple data sources related to scheduled deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Actively collaborate with various departments such as customer service, planning, shipping, and carriers to promote effective coordination.
- Optimize delivery routes and loading order using the operating system, and complete shipping documentation.
- Monitor daily operations and resolve issues.
- Reconcile carrier invoices based on projected transportation costs.
- Work closely with the Customs Compliance Specialist to ensure proper export documentation for all shipments.
