ResponsibilitiesProcess HP/HPE warranty & spare part orders Track international shipments, manage customs & invoicingHandle HP claims process Coordinate returns and ensure compliance with HP/HPE standardsMaintain updated records, certifications, and support auditsHandle the administrative work and prepare the requested reports Follow up on credit notes, labor reimbursements & renewal contractApproach and prospect new clientsAnalysis of HP reports KPI metrics to meet SLA SkillsBA in Business AdministrationMinimum 3 years of Experience in logisticsProficient in Microsoft ExcelStrong coordination & communication skillsDetail-oriented Fluent in English and Arabic, French is a plus
