Day shift – 8.00am – 4.00pm or 9.00am – 5.00pm
Hybrid – 3 days in office / 2 days WFH

Responsible for:
-Tracking shipments
-Customer support and follow-ups (80% on email & 20% on the telephone)
-Handling clients concerns
-Booking courier and assigning loads
-Updating and maintaining client files
-Acting as a liaison within the team and clients
Requirements:
-Previous Logistics Coordinator experience
-Excel, Word and Outlook experience
