Logistics Coodinator

Objective
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, executing, and maintaining international logistics activities related to transportation and supply chain operations. This role works closely with operations, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure on-time order processing, shipment execution, compliance, and accurate supply chain reporting, contributing to efficient and reliable logistics performance.


Key Functions and Responsibilities
* Coordinate and maintain visibility of all shipment movements across major transportation modes (Air, Ocean, and Road).
* Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and warehouse operations to obtain real-time shipment status and ensure timely execution.
* Track departures, transit, and arrivals, proactively addressing risks to delivery timelines.
* Coordinate the full logistics process from pickup, documentation, booking, and shipment, through customs clearance and final delivery.
