Key Responsibilities
Export & Sea Freight Management- Manage export order processing from order receipt to final delivery.
- Validate purchase orders and ensure accurate SAP system capture.
- Coordinate dispatch planning with warehouses and confirm stock availability.
- Liaise with freight forwarders and shipping lines to secure vessel bookings.
- Prepare and validate shipping instructions and documentation.
- Monitor vessel schedules and proactively manage shipment risks or delays.
- Track DAP/DDP shipments through to final delivery.
- Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy of Bills of Lading, Sea Waybills, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, and Certificates of Analysis.
