About the Role
Job Summary: The Logistics Associate is responsible for supporting the daily operations of
the logistics. The Logistics Associate works closely with procurement, warehouse staff,
inventory, and internal teams to ensure smooth and eƯicient logistical operations.
- Assist in planning and coordinating logistics operations, including shipments and
deliveries.
- Track orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery and address any delays or
issues. (Resolving delivery issues).
- Maintain accurate records of Shipment Documentation (Sending Delivery Receipt
after receiving or delivery of items).
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse and inventory team.
