Logistics Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive 
Logistics Associate

to support our supply chain and operations team. This role is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound freight, supporting inventory and production planning, and assisting with administrative and regulatory tasks. The ideal candidate has experience with inventory management systems, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Transportation

• Book and coordinate inbound and outbound trucking with carriers and 3PL partners
• Track shipments and proactively resolve freight delays or issues
• Maintain accurate freight documentation and records

Inventory & Production Support

• Support inventory management using ERP or inventory management systems
