Logistics Administrator

Professional Staffing is looking for a detail-oriented Transportation & Logistics Administrator to join our clients Supply Chain team on a 10-month temporary contract in Nisku, AB.

This role is on site for training and then will be a hybrid work environment - 2 days on site in Nisku.

This role provides high-volume tactical support to Transportation and 3PL Inventory Planning teams, helping ensure accurate shipment visibility and inventory integrity.

What you’ll do:

• Track & trace ~200 inbound/outbound shipments weekly
• Update shipment statuses, record delivery confirmations & maintain accurate data
• Process ~40 weekly intercompany/customer transfers
• Post shipments and maintain inventory accuracy
• Communicate with carriers, 3PL partners & internal teams
• Escalate and log issues to support smooth transportation operations
