Logistic Supervisor

**Position objective**:Lead the team (up to approx. 50 people), ensuring the discipline and measure to achieve the safety, quality, productivity and employee satisfaction targets.
**Roles & responsibilities**:Provide and maintain an environment with high standards of Health and Safety.Establish the standard work (WI) and leads continuous improvement by using BRPMS.Collect information on the main KPIs and implement the appropriate measures when necessary.Manage Personnel (internal regulations apply, time and attendance process, turnover, environment,process follow up according to WI).
Leads and develops the teams in order to achieve business unit goals.Ensure the site production plan either as a supporting or production area.Project support to engineering teamDaily operation follow upFlag red point & escalation processFollow BRP values and behaviors.Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.Enforce Quality BRP policy.
