Management of a group of engineers responsible for developing and optimizing the Outbound Logistics tools and processes. At the same time, those engineers will participate in the development of new WTGs ensuring the requirements from Logistics perspective are included to optimize costs, quality, safety and Logistics processes.
Tasks
Managing a group of engineers with functional/disciplinary responsibility for developing and optimizing Outbound Logistics tools and processes
Responsibility for the planning, execution and reporting of Outbound Logistics tools and processes under development or prototyping phases, including cost and delivery timelines
Delegate tasks and grant trust to the team and develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal
