Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily delivery operations to ensure on-time, complete, and accurate delivery.
- Ensure compliance with transport law, safety regulation, and company delivery standards.
- Oversee Fleet Management, including scheduling regular vehicle inspection, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
Requirements
Field of Study: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Administration (Operations) or related field
Work Experience: 5-7 years of progressive experience in Logistics Operations
- Certification / Licenses: Lean Six Sigma, OSH Certificate, Automotive Servicing
Skills: Strong leadership, team management, problem- solving, and decision‑making skills
Others: Knowledge of transport law and safety standards negotiation, and vendor management.
