Logistic Executive

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily logistics and delivery activities
• Arrange driver roster and delivery schedules to ensure adequate manpower coverage
• Coordinate and supervise drivers to ensure timely and safe deliveries
• Monitor vehicle usage and arrange preventive maintenance, servicing, and repairs
• Maintain vehicle records including servicing schedules, road tax, insurance, and inspection
• Arrange local and overseas shipments with transporters, forwarders, and couriers
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (Delivery Order, Packing List, Invoice)
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, and Customer Service on delivery timelines
• Track shipment status and follow up on delays or delivery issues
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety rules, and transportation regulations
• Maintain accurate logistics, delivery, and vehicle records and reports
