Logistic Associate

Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Associate to support our daily supply chain operations. You will be responsible for ensuring goods are processed, documented, and shipped accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Shipment Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing goods, including unpacking, labeling, and secure packing for dispatch.
• Documentation: Prepare accurate shipping documents such as Delivery Orders (DO), packing lists, and invoices.
• Coordination: Liaise with local and international couriers or freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries.
• Inventory Control: Perform regular stock takes, update the inventory system, and ensure records match physical stock.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe storage environment to optimize workflow.
