About the Role
- Check and monitor inventory across multiple sites
- Conduct physical counting and reconcile with records
- Coordinate with Purchasing and Operations for stock levels and requests
- Prepare inventory reports and track fast-moving items
- Verify deliveries and maintain organized stock logs
- Forecast material and supply consumption
- Assist in logistics coordination for item transfers. Qualifications:
- College graduate (IE, Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred)
- 2+ years experience in inventory, logistics, warehouse, or operations
- Knowledge in cycle counting and basic forecasting
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and highly organized
- Willing to travel to vessels, shipyard, and other sites
