An exciting opportunity for an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Manager to take full responsibility for the smooth and sustainable running of lodge operations.
š§ Key Outputs:
ā¢ Oversee all lodge maintenance: electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, air-conditioning, carpentry, building & general repairs
ā¢ Manage solar systems, hot water systems, generators, water treatment & sewerage
ā¢ Implement and control routine & preventative maintenance programs
ā¢ Manage large teams and maintenance projects
ā¢ Conduct regular water testing and record water levels
ā¢ Advise on equipment upgrades and replacements
ā¢ Set up and manage water & power budgets and costs
ā¢ Maintain accurate records for generator hours and servicing
ā¢ Ensure maintenance work is scheduled around guest comfort
