Locum Prosecutions Lawyer – 3 months + – Predominantly Remote Working – Full Time – Midlands

Position: Locum Prosecutions Lawyer
Organisation: Midlands based Local Authority
Duration: 3 months +
Working Pattern: Full Time
Working Arrangement: Predominantly remote working, Court attendance when required
Hourly Rate: Up to £50 per hour Umbrella, dependent on experience

The ideal candidate will have experience in handling Prosecutions matters and can demonstrate prior experience working on behalf of Local Authorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload and provide legal advice on a wide range of Prosecution matters including a variety of regulatory matters e.g. environmental health, trading standards, licensing enforcement, planning enforcement, waste enforcement.
