Lock Desk Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Lock Desk Specialist to join our dynamic team.
This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth processing of mortgage rate lock requests in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage and process mortgage rate lock requests
Update and monitor loan pricing and rate changes
Track and manage lock expirations within the pipeline
Ensure accuracy and compliance in all lock-related activities
Support the Lock Desk Manager with daily operations and projects
Maintain clear communication with internal teams to meet deadlines
Ensure timely execution to meet customer and operational expectations
