Warranty Manager, Customer Support Korea
Responsibilities:
Responsible for Warranty related communication with customers to plan and settle the claims: Coordinate boarding the ship, spare parts, work execution, reporting and finances. Follow-up ongoing warranty claims in coordination with global and local warranty team. Remote troubleshooting & technical communication with ship-owner and WinGD specialists. Field attendance for warranty related inspection, troubleshooting and/or modification, approximately 25% annually. Prepare commercial quotation for warranty tasks when requested by Attend and prepare (technical & financial summary and facts) for periodical settlement meetings with licensees. Co-ordinate with other service partners (Wartsila or CMS) to plan and execute warranty repairs or modifications. Maintain good customer relationship with licensees, shipyards and ship-owners
