As our Local Chef, you are responsible for overseeing food production and kitchen operations within an assigned station or outlet, ensuring food quality and standards are maintained while supporting team performance and client satisfaction.
What you'll be doing
Food Production & Quality
- Lead food preparation and production in your assigned outlet/station according to Sodexo standards and recipes.
- Ensure prepared food meets the required quality, portioning, presentation, and timeliness expectations.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation in all kitchen areas.
Kitchen Operations & Hygiene
- Inspect store rooms, refrigerators, freezers, equipment, and utensils for compliance and cleanliness.
- Ensure kitchen and working areas meet Sodexo QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) standards.
