Job Summary:

1. Monitoring of Accounts for 1st and 2nd filing to Pag-ibig.

2. Ensures timely delivery of accounts ready for filing and ensure proper coordination with other department

3. Handles the concern of agents, brokers and buyers for the unit

4. Receives phone call & call outs for the buyers docs compliance

5. Monitors account for NTA upon Full DP / nearing season.

6. Preparation of SAM for any changes that concerns an account

7. Sending welcome letters, monitoring accounts and sending notices/reminders to buyers with lacking documents.

8. Preparation of taken-out account's dockets for transmission . Ensuring that the account folder is complete with documents needed for conversion.

9. Attend to Open House to assist sales to ensure clients are qualified for the Housing Loan to HDMF/ BANK
