Key Responsibilities

File Intake & Document Management

• Create new applications in MyCRM from online inquiries, phone calls, referrals, and returning clients

• Send initial document packs and manage collection of supporting documents

• Enter and index client data into MyCRM and AOL

• Order Equifax credit reports and ensure client data is accurate and up to date

File Assessment & Structuring

• Assess borrower position and complete borrowing capacity using, Quickli, and lender calculators

• Complete funding position summaries based on broker notes

• Identify suitable product and lender pathways based on policy, pricing, and file objectives

• Prepare pricing requests and liaise with BDMs for discretionary discounts

• Request valuations on securities as required via PropertyHub or Broker Portals
