Position: Loan Processor
Salary: PHP 60,000 to PHP 80,000 per month
Working Hours & Conditions: Mondays to Fridays; 9am-5pm Melbourne, Australia time
Holidays: Australian Holidays
OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an End-to-End Loan Processor to support Australian mortgage brokers with the full loan application process, from initial client documentation through to settlement and post-settlement activities. This role suits someone with hands-on mortgage processing experience who can manage end-to-end tasks while following established workflows and broker guidance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the full loan lifecycle from application to settlement
- Collect, review, and organise client documentation including identification, income, assets, and liabilities
- Prepare loan applications for broker review and submission
- Enter and maintain accurate client data across CRM systems, ApplyOnline (AOL), and lender platforms
