Loan Processing Officer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Loan Processing Officer / Broker Assistant to join our Clients' mortgage Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting end-to-end loan processing, lender coordination, client follow-ups, and CRM accuracy.

Work Set Up:

• Employment Type: Full Time

• Shift Schedule: Mon-Fri, (6:00 am to 3:00 pm)

• Work Setup: Onsite

• Location: Makati

• Client Industry: Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end loan processing, including document preparation, client follow-up, and compliance tracking.

• Liaise with lenders to follow up on loan progress and outstanding conditions.

• Maintain client records and data accuracy in CRM and lender platforms.
