About the Role
- Coordinate preparation of new and renewed loan documentation in accordance with internal lending standards.
- Partner with relationship managers, legal counsel, credit, and operations teams to ensure alignment for accurate and timely loan closings.
- Manage end-to-end loan closing activities including document packaging, workflow entry, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support real estate lending processes including ordering tax and flood certifications, tracking delinquencies, and collecting property-related documentation.
- Coordinate with agent banks, co-lenders, escrow agents, and title companies throughout pre-closing and post-closing processes.
- Ensure proper recording of loan documents, including UCC filings, lien searches, continuations, and terminations.
