About the Role

 
   Overview  
 Perform internal and external customer service functions to support the Financial Services department underwriting and customer service teams from application to documentation to funding loans to customers for the purchase of commercial laundry equipment for the use in coin, multi-housing and on-premise laundries in North America.
 
   Responsibilities  
 Follow prescribed guidelines to prepare, receive, and review executed loan documentation to insure thoroughness and accuracy
 Prepare loan closing and funding per company guidelines
 Conduct verbal audits with customers to review the terms of the loan structure and completion of all necessary steps for the funding process
 Build strong business relationships with financing customers, distributor finance staff, and sales representatives through the final stages of the documentation and funding process
