About the Role
MUST HAVE US MORTGAGE EXPERIENCE. Order out experience required and encompass experience preferred.
You will review incoming files, complete order-outs, and be an all-around supportive team member to ensure that other teammates can focus effectively on their primary responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Track Lead Notes received from LO (Loan Officer)
- Monitor incoming App Submitted emails, and set up the Encompass files to align with LO Lead Notes
- Complete File Set-up review when App & Docs are received from the client
- Includes ordering credit, organizing docs in Encompass, correcting obvious errors on the client app, etc
- Send files to the Pre-Approval team when we have sufficient docs for them to complete their review.
- Run DU/LP and Order appraisals when needed (if no PIW/ACE)
- Send client needs list after initial file review
- Send client needs list after the Preapproval team complete...
