About the Role

Responsibilities
Operate a front-end loader to transport aggregate materials to and from stockpiles, bins, and hoppers.
Maintain accurate material blends to support daily concrete production.
Inspect, clean, and perform basic maintenance on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Assist with yard organization, inventory management, and housekeeping tasks.
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
Communicate effectively with plant operators, drivers, and other team members.
Support general plant operations as needed, including batching assistance or light labor.
Other duties as assigned. 
Requirements
Must have own reliable transportation as shift start times do not match with current public transit schedules
Previous experience operating heavy equipment, preferably a front-end loader.
