About the Role

Job Purpose
Petrotec is seeking a skilled LMS Content Creator (Contractor) to develop and transform internal business content into structured, engaging e-learning courses for our SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS). The role will work closely with multiple departments across Petrotec collecting subject matter content and converting it into professional training modules aligned with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
 Develop high-quality e-learning content for the SAP SuccessFactors LMS based on business requirements across all departments 
 Translate raw information (PowerPoints, SOPs, policies, manuals) into structured courses and lessons. 
 Design interactive learning material (quizzes, knowledge checks, scenario questions, assessments).
