As our Learning architect, you are responsible for the complex learning system & software infrastructure at Marel. This contains the set-up of and interfaces between systems like the learning management system(s) (LMS), the learning experience platform (LXP), learning content platforms like LinkedIn Learning, the data layer, and tools for reporting on learning, authoring e-learnings etc. All to support an optimal learning experience for employees at Marel.
