The ideal candidate is someone who follows procedures precisely, escalates questions when needed, and thrives in a structured legal environment where accuracy and deadlines are critical.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with court filings, deposition notices, hearing notices, and litigation-related documentation.
• Support active litigation matters in accordance with Florida and California procedural rules.
