About the Role

Our client, a Surrey law firm, is seeking an energetic and motivated Litigation LAA to join their legal team. The ideal candidate will ideally have a background in commercial litigation and will be a self-starter who is willing to take ownership over their work. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of Surrey’s most prestigious firms.
Job responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:
Scheduling trials, application, examinations and mediations
Document management
Drafting and editing legal documents including basic pleadings
Trial preparation
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum of 2 years’ litigation experience, ideally with commercial litigation.
Advanced computer skills including a proficiency with Microsoft Office
LAA certificate from a recognized institution and/or relevant experience
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
