The opportunity

Aviva Trial Lawyers is seeking passionate and skilled Litigation Clerks for our Ontario offices as we grow again! As a Litigation Clerk you will support a lawyer in handling insurance defence (tort) litigation matters. We offer a hybrid work model, promote flexibility, collegiality, collaboration and mentorship in both virtual and in-person settings. You will perform clerking tasks and day-to-day file management.

Aviva Trial Lawyers is located across Canada with five offices in Ontario alone: Toronto, Markham, Oakville, Ottawa and London.
