L3 support for any BAU task (incidents/service requests/changes) ensuring SLAs are met. Deployment, configuration, and management of Linux systems according to best practices and standards Deployment, configuration, and management of Kubernetes systems Experience with using and maintain Ansible frameworks Ensuring ITIL / Agile procedures are followed, Incident Management and Change Management processes. Collaboration with other team members or other teams to develop, improve automation strategies and deployment processes. Collaboration with architects and design team when required.
