Key Responsibilities
Project Implementation
- Lead or contribute to the rollout of turnkey solutions for public sector clients.
- Set up, configure, and validate IT and telecom platforms, ensuring proper handover into operations.
- Carry out OS hardening, patch management, and vulnerability fixes based on compliance benchmarks (e.g. CIS).
- Draft technical guides, security checklists, and troubleshooting notes.
Operations & Support
- Provide rotational 24/7 support for high-availability systems.
- Diagnose and resolve escalated issues across servers, networks, and firewalls.
