We are looking for a LinkedIn Content & Growth Strategist (B2B / Executive Branding) to manage and grow the LinkedIn presence of a U.S.-based infrastructure and manufacturing-focused company.

This role is focused on strategy, positioning, and growth — not just basic posting.

You will handle:

• 1 LinkedIn Business Page
• 3 Executive LinkedIn Profiles

The audience includes business partners, investors, and industry decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a LinkedIn content strategy
• Define content pillars aligned with business goals
• Write strong, professional B2B captions
• Create clean, premium-looking visuals (graphics / simple motion videos)
• Guide visual direction and brand tone
• Implement growth strategy (targeted connections & page follower growth)
• Monitor performance and adjust strategy weekly
• Use LinkedIn Premium features effectively
