:Reporting to the Power Distribution Electrical Supervisor, you will be part of the Infrastructure Department. You will ensure that the goals and objectives are achieved while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct and the environment.
Comply with all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical distribution systems including overhead and underground power lines and cables, insulators, conductors, lightning arrestors, switches, stress cone, transformers and other associated equipment.
Erect and maintain wood poles and guy wires
Inspect and test overhead and underground power lines and cables and auxiliary equipment using electrical test equipment
Operate hydraulic buckets when working on poles.
