Your roleWe are looking for a Line Leader for the Production team in our factory in Mantova, who will report to the Cell Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily execution of operational tasks within a specific production line during a shift. This role drives performance in safety, quality, and efficiency while ensuring adherence to standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
