Requirement and Skills:
- At least 2 years experience as line cook from a high end restaurant
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
- Experience in pastry and desserts is an advantage
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned task
- Team player
- Good Communication Skills
