About the Role

Basic Purpose:
The Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) projects while developing comprehensive data visualization solutions to enhance operational efficiency, customer service, and strategic decision-making across the organization.
Key Accountability/Responsibilities:
The Specialist will review and write LIMS Proposal Requests, ensuring comprehensive documentation and capturing all necessary information. They will draft detailed Project Change Documents (PCDs) and submit them to Business Analysts for review, while simultaneously developing Tableau dashboards that provide actionable insights across departments.
