We are hiring a detail-oriented Operations Specialist with hands-on experience in Limo Anywhere and Samsara to manage reservations, affiliate coordination, dispatch tracking, and invoicing for a luxury transportation company.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage reservations in Limo Anywhere
• Verify flights, passenger details, and vehicle types
• Farm-out trips to affiliates via LA Net
• Communicate with affiliates and drivers
• Create invoices and process payments
• Monitor fleet and driver activity using Samsara
• Handle urgent or last-minute bookings
