About the Role
Plan, coordinate, and supervise all lifting and rigging operations at site.
Prepare and review lifting plans, risk assessments, and method statements.
Ensure lifting operations comply with project requirements and HSE standards.
Verify certification and condition of cranes, lifting gears, and accessories.
Ensure operators, riggers, and signalmen are competent and certified.
Conduct toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings before lifting activities.
Monitor lifting activities and stop work if unsafe conditions are observed.
Coordinate with engineers, safety officers, and crane operators during lifts.
Maintain records of lifting operations, permits, and inspection logs.
Ensure compliance with PTW systems and client-specific lifting procedures.
