Job Summary:

Chargebee is seeking a highly analytical, AI-forward Growth Marketing Manager to architect and scale a global email marketing ecosystem that functions as an automated, intelligence-driven revenue engine. This role requires deep fluency in marketing automation platforms, applied AI, behavioral data, experimentation frameworks, and full-funnel growth strategy. You will design, implement, and optimize programmatic email workflows that deliver hyper-personalized, contextually relevant experiences at enterprise scale.

Reporting to the Manager, Growth Marketing, you will transform Chargebee’s email infrastructure into a predictive, continuously learning system that accelerates lead progression, increases customer lifetime value, and materially impacts pipeline creation.
