About the Role
Qualifications
- Graduate of Real Estate Management, Engineering or Business
- Must be Licensed Real Estate Appraiser
- Working knowledge of required at least 2 years bank or appraisal firm related experience in various types of appraisal including chattels accounting principles/techniques and corporate policies.
- Practical skills: Field inspection, using maps/GPS, report preparation etc.
- Strong analytical, communication and written skills are essential.
