Our client is a private home care centre located in the heart of St. John’s, Newfoundland and is currently seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPNs)to join our care team. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide exemplary client care and services while leading other members of the healthcare team to do the same.
- Apply dressings and treatments
- Take and record vital signs
- Administer medications and injections
- Assess and monitor patient’s symptoms
- Assist with supervision and evaluation of job performance and behavior of other healthcare staff.
- Promote client-directed care, self‑care and independence through teaching and encouragement.
- Maintain the standard of accurate and complete documentation and reporting.
