participate in the nursing process to provide quality person served focused care, under the direction of RPNs / RNs, physicians and other health team members. The LPN administers and documents personal care which meets the physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of the persons served at Topaz Place. They assist Communitas in the mission to provide a healthy life for older persons with respect to their capabilities, assisting them to reach their maximum potential in a caring and supportive environment.

Here’s what you can expect:

Licensed Practical Nurses are expected to work according to pre-determined schedules as per program needs. Each schedule will have day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts unless otherwise stated.
