- Coordinates with the consultant and ensures that the approved plan is executed properly
- Punchlisting of finished units
- Control RAF and RFI for approval
- Updates Construction Bulletin
- Serves as management representative
Qualifications
- Licensed Architect
- at least 5 years experience in design or project management of high rise residential building
- knowledgeable in building laws and regulations
